I bought toolless connectors online. However, the connector tends to get stuck in the device, resulting in the connector having to be forced out. It causes the extractor to break and even damage the port housing of the high-end component. How can I unplug this connector more easily and without damaging it?
The RJ45 plug is often fixed in the RJ45 socket by the resistance generated by the contact between the projections in Figure A and those in Figure B. Therefore, if you want to remove the RJ45 plug from the RJ45 socket, please apply a downward force, as shown in Figure C, for the shrapnel so that the projections on the RJ45 plug are lower than those on the RJ45 socket so that the RJ45 plug can be removed from the RJ45 socket.
